At APPURBANHIDES FASHION PVT LTD, operating through UrbanHides.com (“UrbanHides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing quality leather garments and a reliable customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible purchase, we are here to help.
Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order to understand the eligibility requirements, procedures, exclusions, and responsibilities associated with returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return for eligible items purchased from UrbanHides under the following conditions:
Return Timeframe: A return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Item Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original condition and packaging. All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included where applicable.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, order confirmation, receipt, or other acceptable proof of purchase is required.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, misuse, washing, odors, stains, or missing tags may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used after delivery
Because custom and made-to-measure garments are produced according to individual specifications, measurements, or customization requests, they may not be eligible for standard returns unless they arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from the confirmed order specifications.

3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
To request a return:

Provide your order number and the reason for requesting the return.

Include photographs where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Wait for return instructions and authorization before shipping the item.
Please do not return an item without receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
3.2 Packaging and Shipping
When returning an approved item:

Securely package the product to prevent damage during transit.

Include all original tags, accessories, packaging, and documentation.

Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer support team.

Retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been completed.
UrbanHides is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during return transit when shipping is arranged by the customer.
4. Refunds

We will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved:

5. Exchanges
UrbanHides may offer an exchange for eligible products that arrive:

6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for eligible standard returns.
If a verified return is required because UrbanHides sent an incorrect item or the product arrived defective or damaged, reasonable return or replacement shipping arrangements may be provided according to the circumstances of the claim.
Shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and other external charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Custom and Made-to-Measure Orders
Custom-made and made-to-measure leather garments are created according to customer-selected specifications, measurements, designs, colors, or other personalization requests.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and confirming customization details before production begins.
Due to the personalized nature of these products, custom and made-to-measure orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or does not materially match the confirmed order specifications.
10. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact UrbanHides as soon as possible.
Cancellation may not be possible once an order has entered production, customization, processing, or shipment. Custom-made and made-to-measure orders may become non-cancellable once production has started.
Any approved cancellation and refund will be handled according to the order status and applicable payment processing conditions.
