At APPURBANHIDES FASHION PVT LTD, operating as UrbanHides, we aim to deliver orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our processing, shipping, delivery, tracking, and international shipping terms.
1. Shipping Destinations
India: We ship throughout India from our warehouse in Mumbai, India.
United States: Orders may be fulfilled through our available shipping and logistics network. Custom-made or unavailable items may be produced and shipped from our facility in Mumbai, India.
International: We ship to eligible countries worldwide from our Mumbai facility, subject to carrier availability and local import restrictions.
2. Processing and Delivery Times

Order Processing: 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

India Delivery: Approximately 1–7 business days.

USA & International Delivery: Approximately 1–18 business days.

Order Cut-Off Time: 10:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST).
Custom-made and made-to-measure leather garments may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated timelines may be communicated during the ordering process.
3. Shipping Methods
Standard shipping is available with an estimated delivery time of 1–18 business days, depending on the destination.
Standard Shipping Fee: $25
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $500, where applicable.
Actual shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active or update in the carrier’s system.
6. International Shipping, Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Customs clearance may affect delivery times. UrbanHides is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local import procedures.
7. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact us at care@urbanhides.com. We will assist with the carrier investigation where appropriate.
8. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete information, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply before the order is resent.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photographs of the package and affected items. Depending on the circumstances, an eligible resolution may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
